I apologize for the unglamness these photos bring and also how long i took before i uploaded this. Blame my laziness not me. :D LOL
Anyway, to be honest, I miss you guys a hell lot. I miss snapping Li yan's bra, kicking Cylvi's chair, jumping to catch the projector screen string to prove that being short is not a disadvantage, hiding under the table, sleeping during lessons without my table collapsing, violating Bridget this list is probably endless. If I could turn back time for one time and one time only, I'll go back to when 3B started and enjoy, breathe, live every single moment spent with every single one of you.
I love you all...

All the best.

Hi everyone,

With all that is said and done, O levels over, Results Day over, JAE over, it's the awaiting for a new chapter to see where you will go. Congrats to those of you who obtained satisfactory results. All the best to those who are doing alternative routes, as well as those who are going for interviews. Since I didn't get much replies from my sms/es, it leaves me to say, "All the best for the courses you've applied for".

I've been reading this word "BFF" so frequently recently that I was compelled to google for its meaning. So there, "Best Friends Forever" indeed.

Secondary school times are great seasons when friendships are/were developed. Some are truly worthy to be kept for life and to further upon. Even as you are all going on separate paths to new communities, the friendships that you've kept, and want to continue to hold on to...will be brought to a new level.

It is a new season, but it's something that everyone goes through :)

Just a suggestion...Keep in contact as a class (you never know if a reunion happens after 10 years or something). Also make it a point to meet up/contact those friends that matter to you (mutually of course), either by every other day, week, weeks, month, months, year, years...

On this note, I wish you all the best in your future endeavours.

Miss Chan.

Do something meaningful over this Christmas Season...
Dear all,

How's holidays been?

I suppose it has been Work, Work, Work...

Or it could have been Sleep, Sleep, Sleep...

Or it could have been Outings, Outings, Outings...

Or it could also have been Boredom, Boredom, Boredom... :)

Anyhow, do look through your Bucklet List and try to tick off at least 3 things you want to do...read widely...hook up some sports...or these 2 meaningful events that I thought you might be interested in.

1. Christmas Kettle Appeal (22 Nov—24 Dec)
–The Christmas Kettle Appeal is a unique fundraising project that enables The Salvation Army to continue its work with the needy and underprivileged.
Every year, staff and volunteers take to the streets ringing bells and encourage passers-by to drop a donation into the kettles.
We would like to invite you to join us in this tradition and make a difference.

For more information on the project,

2. "Love for a Dollar" Christmas Gift Wrapping Fundraiser (13 Dec-24 Dec)
A team of student volunteers has initiated a fundraiser for The Salvation Army by providing gift-wrapping service in malls, in return for donations.
This is in aid of The Salvation Army's programmes and services for the beneficiaries in her care. We are inviting volunteers to join them on this meaningful project.

Commitment Level: Shift 1: 11am-4.30pm & Shift 2: 4pm-9.30pm.
Preferably able to assist the whole project period, 13 Dec-24 Dec 2008 (Mon-Sat)
Requirements: Friendly. Volunteers 15 years-of-age and above.
Group volunteers are welcome
Location: Tampines Mall (East) & Bukit Panjang Plaza (West)
Remarks: Volunteers will need to attend training on 6 Dec 2008 or 10 Dec 2008.

It's the first day of December 2008 today...It's also the last month of this year 2008.
May you spend it fruitfully and also have a blessed time of reflection and thanksgiving as you move on to a fresh year of 2009.

Warmest, Ms D. Chan

I can't believe we forgot to take a photo of the whole class.
Earthquake!

(This video is private on Youtube.)
Download higher (much clearer) quality of video here.

The Photos.

I split them into parts because there are a lot of files and they're huge.

They're zip files, so just right click the link and download.

Please do not ask me to send them to you on MSN because I spent the whole day to arrange, compress, and upload the photos. I will !#%$@%$@ you if you do.

Only ask me if you really can't download the photos.. which is very unlikely.

The smaller-sized photos you see below are not all. They're 'previews' to let you know whether you want to download or not. The original photos are bigger(the usual size). Download links are below the photos.

BIG THANK YOUS TO...

The Exco members: Jaclyn, Jane, Yi Hui, Wei Sing, Cheng Wee, Yao Zhong (And Lynn, Kelly and Bridget) for attending the meetings, coming along to buy and carry the food! I know they're very heavy! Thank you, exco members!

The guys: Kee Teck, Kelly, Yao Zhong, Cheng Wee, Varian, Jonathan Khoo for starting the fire and barbequing the food! Thanks, guys! I know you guys did it because they're too 'rough work' for the girls to do. :D

And to Kee Teck. Thanks for doing jobs nobody wants to do like packing up the bags and cleaning the floors! Ah.. you're so appreciated!

To Rachel, Lynn, Lai Han, Yi Hui: For taking the time to buy the cake and plan the surprise! It's one of the most memorable moments in chalet!

To Junella: For taking the time to cook the fried rice. It was great!!!

To this group of you (Rachel, Lynn, Cheng Wee and Varian?) who went all the way to Changi Village to buy the charcoal and grill I forgot: Thank you! haha.

To Lynn and Bridget: For making the mee hun kueh! It was tiring but yes, at least we're guaranteed less flabby arms.

TO MS CHAN: FOR PAYING THE CHALET!!! HAHA!

To everyone who helped in the 2nd night cooking: Especially Jaclyn, Cheng Wee, Shi Ying, Shi Tian, Bridget, Lai Han, Wen Xian, Yao Zhong, Hui Xuan, Jia Li, Li Yan and a huge group of you who separated the mee hun kueh (e.g. Wen Jie, Li Yan, Vivien, Wen Xian, etc) while watching Ten Brothers in the living room. You guys were so cute!

And Jaclyn and Cheng Wee, even though we failed in making a nice one-piece egg but at least we succeeded in making a great scrambled egg!

So even though we were super pissed at one point or another because WE SIMPLY CANNOT COOK, everything was in a mess, it was chaotic, that water never boils, the mee hun kueh was forever stuck to each other, the ants kept coming and that realization that we're still helpless teenagers... BUT we all still had lots of fun in the end right! That dinner was everybody's efforts!

I am so sorry if I forgot anyone or I was super nasty to you during the chalet. But seriously, I think we're the best class in YYSS!!! I LOVE YOU GUYS!

And yes, there might be a class outing coming up in December since Lynn still has the CDs of the graduation video with her and she needs to pass it to everyone. So it's just an excuse to have another class outing! I mean c'mon! Who would want to wait until results day to get the CDs.

I'm thinking of either a movie(Twilight) or a dinner(Where huh?) But I need more suggestions. We'll have just a short and one day class outing. It'll be less tiring for everyone. So what do you guys think? We'll go ahead with the outing if the response is good.

Everybody, vote! I think the fifth option is great!
